Last week we installed the manometer, it read between .01 and .03 most of the time with barely a jump to .05 if it's really gusty winds outside, so I guess that's good from what I've read on here.
We lowered the ash temp from 130 to 120 and now it's using less coal and burning up the coal better. Much finer ash.
Before, it used to cycle the grate at each call for heat, now it's much less.
We found a great use for the ashes, spreading them on the soft low spots in the driveway, it packs in great, better than buying gravel!
