Opening Day

Opening Day

PostBy: BinghamtonNY On: Fri Nov 16, 2007 4:00 pm

Tomorrow is opening day for New York shotgun season. Any other NYS hunters on here?
I'll be out crack of dawn in my stand down in my woods.

Good luck and be safe.

Murderer!... J/K . I don't hunt but nearly everyone of my friends do. Everyone usually gathers at my Uncles house at night everyday for the first few days of deer season and the following weekend. It's a group effort. Here's the smoker, Usually runs about 12- hours a day for about the entire weekend after opening day. Can't forget the beer , thats the most important part.

I hunt but I'll probably wait until a weekday, less people out there then... Opening Saturday is crazy sometimes.

Shotguns only! UGH!

Most hunters around here use rifle's, I do. I never cared much for shotgun slugs. I head shoot most of my deer, keeps the meat clean and never have to track them.
