gibralter insert

anyone using a gibralter cfi insert, just picked one up last week, needs some parts but the price was right(000.00) :D Grates are all in good shape, good thing they are very expensive. Some minor warping in the firebox.Have to buy a banking plate ,baffle, shaker handle, some firebrick, then figure out how I'm gonna hook it up to my fireplace damper also one of the fans is missing.I think its worth spending a few $ on it.I will post some pics later today.

Finally got all the parts and finnished putting the stove back together.Actually it's been in service for about three weeks now, just got around to taking pics.Got parts from the places coalberner sent me to.Sorry the pics show wood in the stove  ,the day I took these was during a warm spell.Works great with coal in it,very long burns (18 hours plus) with very little tending.I can't figure out why they stopped making these stoves.

WOW Nice looking stove She looks great They are heat machines I love mine I think They are The best Hand fed going It is to bad There out of business They are well built The grates are Rock Crushers 1/4 steel Plate body The only thing that don't hold up is The banking bar They like to warp other Then that no Problem's You should be able to get more then 18 hr. out of a full load once you get to Know it And with good coal 27 to 33 or more depending on the weather I can fit 100 lbs of nut in mine and I only shake once a day I dump The ash every other day Mine is The MCC stove I would love to grab another one Just for parts Let me Know if you come across any
Take care and keep warm ;) OH Here is some info I found back in March
