How hot was the stove? do you have a baro or mpd on it?

Sounds like it got hot.

I have an mpt it was closed stove temp was around 275 and pipe temp around 300. It was still burning good thismornig but like I said it was like the bed fused together into one. Could it be high metal content ?

You have klinkers. Time to aggressively shake or shutdown & clean out. Take advantage of the warm air.

Red ash coal will fuse, especially at upper temps :x In a hand fed white ash coal is better :D I learned this the hard way, WAY before forum's such as this.

I got home tonight and I shook the hell out of it and clinkers it looks like all the smaller stuff fused together looked like it just melted into a blob but it is all cleaned out and running smooth again guess I will have to screen the smaller stuff out.
