Keystoker part info.

PostBy: sandman6921 On: Sun Feb 05, 2012 11:28 pm

I'm fixing up a K6 burner that I bought in parts. I'm missing the connector that ties the motor and gearbox together. Is this something that has to be bought from keystoker or would it be available at larger heating shops? I would think it has to be rigid, and not like the rubber connector on oil burners, but don't know. Thanks.

It is a plastic or rubber like material with splines inside to fit the gear on the motor shaft and the one on the gearbox shaft. I do not know the length. Guestimate 3 or 4 inches long.

it is 5" long splined shaft. Problem is the gearbox end is round, and every coupler kit uses D style ends. I've called 6 "listed" keystoker dealers from their website. That paper might as well be used in the small room... Most of the so called dealers have no idea what a Keystoker is? The original one had aluminum ends with a setscrew, with the splined tube connecting them. Any ideas where to purchase?

Call Keystoker direct, they always have been helpful, Good guys. They answer the phone "Keystone" which is the company name.
