Not enough heat in your car? Install a Stove!

PostBy: 009to090 On: Fri Feb 10, 2012 9:56 am

Yep, this guy installed a wood stove in his car!
As Jeff Foxworthy says, "Heres your sign...." :fear: :wtf:

Why yes, officer, that is a wood-burning stove in my glove box.

He's in Zurich Switzerland, he even obtained an operating permit from the Swiss technical inspection authority. :D

He'll probably get sick of loading it and switch to coal. :)

It's a cute little stove. I've got one about that size. It's called a chipmunk. Maybe I'll put it in my truck....not.

I need one of those for my bus! Right now I'm driving an ice box because the population density is so thick I don't have road time between schools to get it hot. Then I have to wait 20 or 30 mins for the next load and have to start all over from scratch. Burrr...

. You are getting soft lowfog. 40F in the morning going up to 50F, talk to freetown Fred, that is a nice spring day. I started an application to put a wood stove in my car 25 years ago with the EPA, it's coming up for it's first review next year, attorney bill so far $25MM and I haven't even started the environmental impact review yet.

That right there is funny  And probably pretty close to the reality.

That guy is driving a Volvo and they have great heaters. I wonder if it's a wagon and he sleeps in there.

The guy's trouble is that haircut. If he let it grow he would be a lot warmer.

.... Concentrate on the positives, thirty kids and only three last names to remember and they are all cousins (kind of), or is that WV or Kentucky, I can never remember. Or be a school bus driver in Warwick NY where the moms all got together and demanded the company run the buses on WVO. All the buses broke down and the moms had to take the kids to school themselves but I'm sure the drivers all got paid for nothing. I can get you a real good deal on a Ford injection pump (or 10), only blown up once..... the ecolunies strike again.

Great news Charlotte has allowed stoves in school buses (sorry about the ads - be patient).
