Stop it, I'll die laughing, this has got to be the funniest joke ever - yes? They are not serious are they????

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I've lined up to buy one with two chargers. One in the home of course so when it's zero degrees outside I will get in the car and warm up the interior b4 moving off. This will put such a drain on the battery that my second charger is located by the front gate where it will be time for a recharge....

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAA

Hmm, does this mean I can buy Nissan Leaf for free? Great I will use one to pull the manure spreader - tractors are damned expensive.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... I slay myself...

I guess I don't understand this "if the Tesla battery is discharged to zero it is destroyed" thing. Even my $100 lithium cordless drill shuts itself off before it reaches zero discharge. All Tesla needs to do is add a voltage sensor shut off so when the voltage gets down to a certain point it shuts itself off. At that point it would be months before the battery "bricked". And...even at that point I don't think a lithium battery is destroyed. From what I've read it would require a long series of charge/dishcharge under the right conditions to bring it back. It seems that it's easier to just drop forty grand for new batteries than it is to hire some high school kid to baby sit a charger for a week? I dunno... just sayin'.

And, if this is all true, it's not just a Tesla problem, it would be the same for any modern electric vehicle.

If the volt is so great how come BO and Congress have not placed their orders for them (paid for from their own pocket, not ours). Looks like more of do as I say, not as I do.

The WH has already bought 100 of these and Michelle even sat in one but did not like it much. She asked Barack to buy her the Queen Elizabeth II coronation coach so she can slip out and buy more $50,000 underwear. Of course, on the way she will stop at JC Penney's garment dept for a photo op or two.

HAHAHAHAHAH - I slay myself
