If it were high volume, they'd used SPC like the class I took where I saw this video.

I made anti lock brake parts while in college at a rate of 6000-7000 pieces per machine. We ran two machines each, two 12 hr shifts per day. Six days a week.

Want to know how many times I saw a lot of rejected parts thrown into a pile of good parts, one handful at a time? :D

I saw the gorilla and lost count then started to think it was a trick and started looking at their white shoes and shirts....attention deficit disorder perhaps, or maybe one glass too many of red wine, lol.

I didn't see it but one guy got his thigh slashed from hip to knee by red hot steel.

What I meant was.....wine..I really don't believe there's enough in the world. Makes everything rose' . Also tends to cross your eyes a little, and make you smile alot. lol

It used to make my dad throw furniture among other things. :)
