Thanks, I spent a lot of time planing the project. Running PEX is more like electrical work. Thats the last of copper work I will ever do.

R11 in the ceiling and God knows what those wads in the walls R value was. Nice to see positive work to less than proper work before.

It's a long story, but when they installed the old heating system they did some weird stuff, my house is, This Old House. nothing is easy..

Thanks Fred, got the electrical moved today and poured part of the floor. I can't believe 50# of the stuff did not do the whole floor, now I have to buy another bag and its very expensive... boo hoo.. :x

Well I finally have stairs, I know, what is that , I never seen stairs like that before. I had no choice, ten feet down in five feet, it worked out great.

The room is almost done, Sheetrock up and painted. This is where I got my idea for stairs..
