been watching this for a while. I worked with an outfit years ago that dug in, laid steel, cribbing and jacks and raised homes to install basements. The few that were dug down were an incredible amount of labor and were generally very tricky to do right and not disturb the home and chimney(s).

I am thoroughly impressed with the latest pics and how far you've come. Keep em coming, they are great to see.

Thanks guys, LS helped me with the install, that wet spot is an old clay pipe leaking, I will have to re plumb all the drain lines to the septic tank.

I'll have to get some shots of the basement with the floor in and the new well system which I will get going soon. However the big dig is, well unfortunately still going..
