Bank of America is ANTI SECOND AMENDMENT!

BoA is anti American. Period.

B of A is NOT a place to do any business with. If you are into their clutches, as quickly as you can get the hell out. Ask any Attorney who has had to deal with them in this foreclosure, loan modification, or Re-Fi. They are the absolute worst people to trust, or do business with. Smitty's note is further evidence that the snakes are out at night quietly slithering around. I don't have many opinions I share as you may know, but trust me on this one, if nothing else!!!!!

Good thread! I have written to Pandit personally and warned him in the most severe terms that my little miss piggy is nearly full of quarters and that unless he takes the bank in a different direction I won't be using his company. Don't worry guys that him shake him up.

This proves beyond a doubt that Bank Of Amerika is anti-American. Ditto for are all of the major banks that benefited greatly from being "too big to fail", which are by many measures technically (if not factually) bankrupt. My best advice is to stay away from dealing with all of them, and that includes the use of their credit cards.

Yep, best to stay with LOCAL credit unions or LOCAL banks--BUT, do your research to make sure they really are LOCAL.

This is a good marker for what the administration going to go after next. Funny that the big banks would know it(yea right). B of A just sent me a shiny new card in the mail, seams they just merged with the former company we had credit with. I guess thats getting shreaded and sent back.

And I'm not typically a cheer leader for the USA, but BoA stinks in the freezer.

They charge you money to talk to a teller and then want a thumb print to cash a check.

Sorry BoA, there are other banks and credit union that would be happy to cash my check...

They aren't anti=America, they along with the other big McBanks love America. Where else could they ste er a make so much $ & then get rewarded for it, if & when some other country would prove to be more lucrative (which will never happen because they own America) then they would leave like any other business, God Bless the American Dollar.
