The whole problem would be solved if we all just used virtual cups. They can be used over and over without washing unless you are a virtual germ freak, the ultimate in recycling.

Don't you realize that other beverages have feelings also & that's not even mentioning the obvious total disregard you have toward decaf, what's your problem with decaf? Then are there going to be different departments for hot & cold or do you expect to be able to locate enough relatives that can do both hot & cold, caffeinated & decaf, plus all the different flavors of soft & possibly alcoholic beverages. Are you then proposing a Fed. Gov. funded training facility capable of training said personal in a timely manor & if so in which state? I would highly suggest that a committee be formed just to discuss the feasibility of such an action, impacts on society & then submit the results to a Congressional Cup Support Study Commission to be made up of all non-bias female members.

The hot vs cold debate is covered on page 4.3384987,8717677.32211888 section 2000000 paragraph 4000000000 line 9000.

Ahh found it:

After 2 years of intensive research using the 2 million appropriated for the hot vs. cold debate we have conclusively determined that hot is hot and cold is cold. Further funding will be required to determine exactly where could and hot meet, what is "screaming *censored* hot" and what exactly is meant by "my balls are in my throat cold".

Enforcement:

In order to catch cup tax evaders an enforcement division will be set up and armed with 600MM rounds of the latest ammo and tactical nukes in case people resist. CISPA can now be used to profile you as a potential cup tax evader. Jessicas law worked so well, now there will be Flossies Law (a lady that was threatened by a vicious cup tax evader and an out of work bill sponsor). Now when you buy realty, where will be able to access a directory showing where the cup tax evaders are trying to live. Once on this list TSA will now be allowed to body cavity search you anywhere and at anytime even on Main St (where they now prowl) and in public looking for cup fragments. Even a particle of polystyrene will be a presumption of guilt and you can be sent to GITMO on a whim.

Great Richard - this is endless.

Smitty better be careful, rumor has it that some of that stuff can eat the cups. Wouldn't know anything about that for sure, just rumor, & you can't drink faster than the cup dissolves.
