Can you set the stove about where the wicker chair is and sneak the pipe in the side of the flue?

I took the measurement from the top of the fireplace (where I want to remove the three bricks). To the top of the mantle is 2feet 4inches, the TV is another 15/16 inches past that. There is no metal damper as it was "caped" off before I bought the house. (see pics) the last pic is me holding the camera up into the chimney and as you can see its hard to see any "shelf" its more like a inside out pyramid...Let it be known that this chimney is a dual chamber chimney as you cant see it, but to the left (with brick separating the chambers) was the old coal stove chimney that was in the basement (long gone) that know is used to exhaust the gas furnace gasses. So maybe that has something to do with the design?...I don't know, I am guessing...But it is separated by two or more feet of brick...But at the top of chimney on the outside you can see two clay liners peeking out..They come together closer as the chimney goes up........Keep the questions coming this is helping thank you everyone!!!.......The 2 feet 4 inches is where I am guessing the clay liner starts inside the chimney......

I was thinking the same thing, but its a huge cost in doing it...But not tapping into the side of the chimney bcz thats the side (cant see it) that has the chamber for the gas furnace vented in...But more was thinking going out the window (with new casing) and up the side of the house...But very costly..pipe...fire proofing floor/stairs/and back wall.......Not the way I want to go....

on the last pic you can see the flue tile...
how high is that bottom edge of the flue from the brick lip on the front face of the opening...
in other words; is the flue below the wood mantel...

Without getting back up in there, I would guess its very close if not the same hight...In other words if I were to drill a hole at the wood mantle hight, it would pop out pretty close to the start of that clay liner...

With some measuring...
You can figure out if a thimble in the middle of the brickwork will do...
It needs to be low enough from the wood...
Single wall pipe 18", heat shield will half that and double wall pipe gets it to 6"...
