W&C, don't you think that with the gays being such a minority & all the people that are either hiding some of their own tendencies or afraid that being gay is contagious he would be more likely to lose votes than gain? I think he is just the first Pres. that isn't afraid of speaking his mind about it, somewhere where few politicians have been willing to go.

Ho Ho buffalo bob, he is no idiot. He is doing exactly what jpete said, filling his wallet with liberal money. Makes me feel good that I dont rent or go to movies and I got rid of my tv. Overpaid, undereducated people acting for a living and thinking that money buys brains and a good soapbox. To bad we the public wouldnt stop indulging their lavish and over the top lifestyles. Maybe that would send a message.

It's working for him. Now we're wasting our time talking about this and not about the real problems like the economy and jobs. His message shouldn't be 'Forward', it should be 'Deflect'.

President Obama is certainly not much for upholding the traditional values that made our country great, be they constitutional, moral, religious, or whatever. I guess when you ask for change you get it good and hard.
