It's called Congress & corruption Jpete, if they were all in there to do the job they were elected to do we would have never gotten to this point. I know you believe that Paul can do it because he said so. So be it.

I believe it because he has a 30 history of saying the right things and at least attempting to get others to do the right thing.

I believe that it was Jefferson & Adams that had wanted the Constitution basically rewritten on a regular time frame can't recall the odd # of years but something about not wanting the old or dead leading the country.

I'm sure they meant the Brain Dead leading the Country which is what we have in office now.

Yep, DUH! I'm gonna cut taxes because we don't need it to stabilize S.S. & we are soo close to actually start paying on the actual principle of debt, can't do that. Then I'm gonna start a war & cut tax again, install a much needed script plan but not fund it. Then I'm gonna cut taxes again & invade another country, all without paying for anything, see what the next guy can do. After all that I'm gonna bet all the really really smart people in the country are going to believe us when we say we can do it all over again & it will be different this time, it's tru it's tru.

Every generation has the right to throw out any and all laws from the previous one.

They also thought leaving a governmental debt was the same as "taxation without representation" but no one cares about that either...
