Ok its been an adventure, rebuilt motor all new innards bored OS, completely repainted frame parts, all new cables, carbTORS system elimanted & rebuilt and rejetted, new clutch, all wheel/ axle bearings seals etc, chains&sprockets new, changed rear cable brakes to Hydualic rear brakes. Got new plastics Maiers custom Black, out to graphics guy for graphics. This weekend it gets fired up. Run a break in on engine before riding. Grand sons been patient and helped a lot. Now he has brakes(a good thing). Now he has a ride he can be proud of, compared to sad shape it was when his dad got it for him late last summer. Ran for a few weks and died.

Thats GS with a preseason bass he caught in pond down the road last week.

Yamaha Blaster? Nice work on the paint!

I almost bought a pair of those for the wifey & I several years back, but then I bought a truck ... and that but the kibosh on the fundage ...

I'm a big fan of those machines - simple 2-strokes. The way they all should be. And tons of aftermarket goodies that can turn the thing into a monster. 8-)

Mower? Need to put a pin plate on back, let him windrow the hay with it. Just starting on hay, have about 8 acres down for this weekend, got another 20 acres to do. This field is the best horsey hay, 90% timothy, rest red clover, and a touch of alfalfa in it. All the help has baled out, except the GS who has atv. So sundays gonna be a long day. then during week finish cutting rest of field, plus a 4 acre patch hopefully for next weekend in weather is good for it.
In AM, going to plant 8 acres buckwheat, then tedder hay field again, then work on barn cross beams, supports. Some have been knocked out over the years. Sunday late morning start windrows, and then bale babe, bale till the whites of my eyes are brighter than the sky. square bales.

This hay is for sale if anyone's interested. options of delivered or picked up, sets price. cheaper picked up will help load.

AA130Fireman, TORS, is Throttle Overide System, electrical make/ break micro switches in thumb throttle and on top of carb(weird housing). The brain box for it usually get erratic with age, interhooks to ignition system. so when o box gets flaky atv will run bad. In its place i have wired a tether kill lanyard, so if throttle sticks , just yank hand back.Short leashed of course.

Don't think price for delivering 100 bales would be good, but throw in 7 tons of coal on bed of truck, and trailer with 300 bales of hay, you might like it better.

Yep - neighborhood was hayin' today too. Summer is already flying by ... and it hasn't even officially begun!

We used to have problems with the clutch & throttle switches RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! I can remember prepping Banshees and Blasters for their new owners, and not being able to start the damn thing! We used to wrap teflon tape around the switch & stuff it back in. Throttle we just bent the wires somehow - can't remember. Stupid safety crap. Should've just tossed it all in the trash .... but thank a lawyer for that one.
