The EPA now has a rubber stamp to stomp out any and all greenhouse gases in the name of saving the earth. November's outcome will not (or perhaps better stated, cannot) reverse a Federal court ruling. Perhaps this decision might be appealed and pursued all the way to the Supreme court, but that would be the only way for a reversal. Unless, that is, we elect a Libertarian (or libertarian leaning) President and also a Libertarian Congress, and said Congress votes upon legislation to dismantle the EPA altogether, and the President signs the bill into law. Democrats and Republicans alike will not take such steps as are necessary to save the Republic.

You are correct, and since the SCOTUS already set this in motion by green lighting the EPA power to regulate Greenhouse gases there would be zero chance to overturn their earlier ruling.

My hoping for a change in Nov. however is still relavant. A new Pres Romney hopefully will bring in a new EPA chief that would have more commom sense and back off on destroying our exsisiting energy stream.
