Just most of the World's History. People that hold the views you hold are Collectivists. If you boil everything down you don't don't believe in the autonomy of the Individual or Individuals profiting from their endeavors. In your view the Individual must give some or all of his life to the Masses or have it taken from him by force. If you are so willing to blind yourself to the end result of your belief system then pointing it out won't do any good. That's why leftists are at their heart, true Medievalists. The Individual is always subject to the collective and whatever power system is in place to plunder, steal and rob from the individual in the name of "The People." Somehow, the "people," are never quite defined and the only one's that benefit are the power structure and the parasites that beg from the power structure. Meanwhile the individual must work as a slave to produce for their benefit and not his. Soon enough the individual quits producing as much because they never see any benefit for their labor or brains and that's when the guns come out.
This always ends in death, starvation and oppression. That's how its going to end here because you people won't quit until it happens. You never quit.

Just saw the latest attack ad against Romney. They play him singing The National anthem, and go on and on about how he "outsourced" jobs. No dates, no facts, no figures; completely aimed at the dumbed down masses of Obots. The black calling the kettle a pot.

This is despicable, reprehensible, completely without class and unbefitting any campaign. Al-Maobamarx can not run on his record. I hope resorting to this filthy deflection will even offend democrats. His astounding gaffe last week revealed his true ideology; anti capitalist, anti-business, anti-American. The guy is Robin Hood on steroids; but he doesn't realize The American People are not the Sheriff of Nottingham.

Saw a foxstory posted, no vid. Throughout history there have been many lets say maybe 1% or so that rule & steal both money & labor from the masses & claim that it's the other way around. They figure they should pay nothing because simply in their view they are better than everyone, they not only don't owe anything but should be paid for their very existence for without them the world would most surely quit spinning.

Excellent discussion otherwise. The idea of the collectivist mentality makes sense to me. Some libs think the world is one big happy equal family. They just don't get it that the free soil they stand on was bought and paid for by tens of thousands of soldiers lives throughout the history of our nation. If these were Revolutionary times, they would probably all be torys, loyal to the king and willing to trade freedom for security.

O'Reilly asked Adam Corolla a question last night. He said you're basicly a 1%'er now, you're a successful comedian, you have a book out, what say ye?

Great point, Obama's determined goal seems to be to take from the more intelligent, harder working members of society and redistribute their wealth to the unwashed masses. His idea of "social justice" is in direct conflict with The American way.

If any republican president had have taken sides with Mexico, invited corrupto Calderon to our congress to berate and insult our country; and taken legal actiuon against our own states to keep the flood of illegals coming in; the liberals would be doing back-flips.

I'm only very right wing when I'm confronted with the very left-wing declarations of liberals. You will notice that the most intelligent and well written comments by conservatives here are not being met by equally intelligent liberal responses. They are ignored, deflected, or met with comments such as the one above.

I wonder where some liberals get their mindset. Maybe they were the baby of their family, didn't get enough nurturing in their childhood development, or their sense of compassion has been perverted to the extent that they are determined to give up their rights and especially the rights of others in order to bolster their false sense of altruism. They are filled with a general sense of bitter jealousy; but see it in their own minds as morally superior compassion. Basically incapable of introspection.
