Even accredited accountants and attorneys can't answer that.
I'm not talking accountants, what about you?
I'm not gonna look up the exact sections, I'm tired from working for a living. The precedent that I will be forced to buy a product I don't want is a start.
Mandate is off the list. look at my post.
It's not $75 after the first year, the third year the penalty tax is more like $750.00 ~ when I pay the fine it will evaporate before Obama can give it away to deadbeats.
Any ideas as to where you can get insurance for $750 a year? ~ Deadbeats like those that can afford the insurance but won't? How much does it cost for a broken arm at the ER these days?
They granted themselves access to my bank account in there someplace.
and where in the bill does it say that?
If you sell a house there's a 3.8% dip into your pocket in there. TAX TAX TAX TAX.
again, where in the bill?
They are hiring more thousands of IRS bureaucrats to implement the extortion.
Maybe you want another bureaucrat in between you and your doctor, I don't.
You would rather it be the insurance company?
Doctors are resigning and retiring in droves because of this, companies that create jobs are laying off workers above the threshold of 50.
Proof? how many. Which companies.
I work for myself, I choose not to buy health insurance. Maybe I'll buy it; are you gonna go out and hustle up the extra work I will need to pay for it?
I bet you have health insurance, so you can whine all you want.
Yes I do, so that I don't freeload on other people when I get sick. E.R.s are not free. Somebody has to make up the difference. That's why in the hospital an aspirin will cost $10.
