heatmor coal grates

does anyone know or have simple instructions on installation of coal grates for the heatmor?

I have a 200Css. I observed as my Heatmor dealer installed the grates. The most critical part seemed to be measuring and drilling the hole for the shaker rod. Other than that, it seemed pretty straight forward. He did, however, comment on the difficulty of bolting the grates to the shaker rod as he installed them. PM me if I can be of further help.
