LL & Keystoker both have furnace models you can tie into the duct work. They are accessible companies that are responsive if you do need them to be. Do some homework on what your BTU needs will be including future additions, you don't want to be undersized.

When planning your furnace room think about accessibility for coal delivery. Something else to think about is access from the house in the construction of the furnace room. Not having to go outside to tend to the furnace would be a nice feature.

Good deal.My pipes usually freeze once or twice a winter.I just have skirting. They freeze where the lines come out of the ground most times.I replaced the heat tape a couple months ago.Hoping for a freeze free winter!

Our line froze overnight, didn't break cause I caught it about 3 years ago.
Way too much pipe on the ground underneath.
This isn't the original trailer for this foundation.
Replaced the insulation and the heat tape.
When I redo the utilities I want to retrench a nice straight run.

The day I did it was so cold my beer kept freezing in the bottle as I worked. :P

Man, I was glad to hear the 'whoosh' of the water when it cleared.
The crawl space was designed by a limbo dancer and I ain't one.
