I finally finished my journey, looking forward in start saving $$$$. It was a costly adventure but in the long haul it'll pay for itself. Keeping money from going oversea, all fittings, iron pipe are made in the USA.

Looks good. Remember set it up per Keystokers base line settings for timer and feed adjustment and tweak it slowly if needed. You have to use a lot of patience because the coal stoker reacts slowly to your changes. A turn or two on the feed rate is virtually unnoticed but you see the effects over time.

I think you will see it will pay for for itself much quicker than the "long haul". :D

It took 1.5 years to break even on my EFM install...it's putting $ in my pocket now!

Well like to share the lighting of the Keystoker. I have 2 inches of ash, approx 4 in hot bed, 3 in coal on plate during demand. Idle is 4 in ash 2-3 hot bed 3 in coal on plate near feed.Burning rice red nut is set at 12 turns, with 4 pins. Outside temp is 57

The timer should run about 1 minute every 15 minutes. Sounds like the fire is adjusted well...soon the excitement will be over and the boiler will just do its thing.
