Rushing to get my boiler installed before winter, Its aan EFM 700 with a Jentleman Janitor stoker, we have tested our local Bituminous and it burns well, should be able to burn Anthracite or Bit which is difficult to do.

Building is 16'x16'

Yes, inside with a loading door for a front end loader on the left side of the building.

Moving right along, chimney done, 1" pex al pex insulated with pipe insulation, inside sch 30 pvc and 3 inches of closed cell foam around that buried at least 24" deep, (frost line is 18" here).

It's coming along good. Will you be running insulated or uninsulated pex inside the conduit.So,will the next set of pics. be the stoker.

The pex is insulated inside the pvc pipe, thats about as good as I can do short of pulling a vacume on the PVC.

I will be making a trip to PA to pick up the stoker and boiler soon.

MAN is that one GORGEOUS slice of American soil right there!!! I would die for that view! :up: Doesn't get any better than that right there!

KY is where I'll probably move if I ever get out of this God-forsaken bastion alive ....

That building is MINT. Nice work! 100x more livable than my house is! :lol:
