Like Steve just said, glasses are easy to get. You can contact a local glass shop and they usually have H.T. glasses they can cut for your stove. If you don't have the original glasses, make a model with cardboard and they will cut them like the model. I already had glasses cut for my Defiant Encore few years ago.
For the size of the stove, again Steve is right about what he said. You could also try to reduce the fire chamber with fire bricks placed at the sides or back...inside of the stove. I did it with my Vigll and curiously, the stove became a better stove
