Ka-6 Assemble questions

Ka-6 Assemble questions

PostBy: Wiz On: Sat Aug 18, 2012 11:47 am

After reading manual to start assembling unit, I've already come to a cross road :?

1/4 in steel plate that measures 14 1/2 in by 8 in with 2 holes for? Don't see anything in manual about it. Next question.. I'm looking to get unit assemble prior to plumber hooking it up, can I install Jacket and stoker before hand? Manual reads some plumbing prior to jacket, I can't see why I couldn't.

Look inside for 2 hooks to hang it from. It may be a baffle used in newer units, the older ones don’t have this. (just a guess)

I don’t recall if the jacket may get in the way or not, use your judgement!

Thanks Gaw, your 100% correct. There is 2 hooks inside for plate to hang on the stack side.. As for the jacket, I can see how it would be in the way.
