Bush cut from the budget. can't change bush history, no matter how much you try to forget.
You simply can't have it both ways. If it was Bush's fault when he didn't appear to care fast enough, then how can it also be Romney's fault when he does appear to care fast enough?
And where does that leave Obama, who needed to get some more golfing in and wasn't going to go to the disaster scene at all until after he found out that Romney was going? Wouldn't that prove Obama to be the least caring of them all?
All of this wreaks of stinking Democratic politics.
