Looking for a boiler installer in the South Eastern Pa. area. I did the search box and did not find what I was looking for on the posts.
Is there a list or post/s that I missed or could this thread create one? I need a AA130 installed and looped in with the propane boiler.
References would be appriciated and respectful comments regarding experiences.
I live in the Denver Pa. BTW.

I was looking for same close to a year ago.
Couldnt find anything, but didnt search all that hard.
Some suggestions would be craigslist, but you would have to do alot of homework to make sure they are qualified and experienced also with insurance.
Possibly posting that you want someone that has done multiple coal boilers or even AA would be great.
I decided to look for local plumbing and heating to find ones that did coal boiler sales/install.
Les Weaver in Ephrata installs EFM, and seems to have a level knowledge on all types of fuel.
It would be worth a few minutes of your time to call him to see if he would do an AA install...
not likely that he would, but doesnt hurt to ask.
I also got a quote also from another that installs AHS, but I was a bit weirded out with the estimate.
Les Weaver will be installing my EFM in about a week or two.
If you have the AA purchased already, it will be a bit harder this route, unless you find a self employed one man show or small company looking for work.
Companies do not want hassle
Just be sure they are up to date on their insurance policy with letter sent to your house.
Hope you get it in soon
Rob
EDIT: I just searched CL "furnace" in the service category and a few showed up....actually one is located in Denver Licensed master plumber local
Worth an email or call

Not sure I understand your thought? They need to sell a unit also rather then just an installation?GoodProphets wrote:Les Weaver will be installing my EFM in about a week or two.

I did not find dealers for Axeman-Anderson [Sorry Pete] but did a EFM dealer search for our zip. I personally know some of them and can use them.
Do differant boilers have differant requirements on plumbing? As in EFM or AA. I thought it is in the operation more than the hook up but I could be
wrong. Lots to learn on my part

Anyone capable of installing an EFM should be able to do an AA, the piping and wiring is very similar. You could also call Axeman Anderson and ask them if they have a dealer nearby.
If that doesn't work, go to your local plumbing/heating supply house and ask if they can recommend someone.

If you can't find anyone, give Pete Axeman a call at Axeman Anderson. He'll know someone in your area and they will know the AA130 very well.
