Boiler Pressure Release Valve (suggestions please)

Hello folks

I am in need of a new Boiler Pressure Release valve.

I currently have a WATTS M1 3/4" 30 PSIG valve that is not working. It will pop off at 12 PSI at times. At various times it just releases although I am 100% sure it is not really a pressure issue in the boiler as I reguarly interact with my Boiler... As most fanatics do... :-)

Also believe it is a 1" port on top that is reduced to 3/4" so I don't mind using a 1" male into the boiler either.

Have an EFM SF-520, 1954 Highboy Fitzgibbon Boiler. So there is a fair amount of water in the old girl.

I am looking for suggestions on what Pressure Valve would be a good replacement to this one.

I like to spend money on Quality US made products if anyone knows of a good one.

Appreciate suggestions.

Hey Mark, make sure your expansion tank isn't full of water. That is a common cause of the PRV going nuts.

If you definetly need a new PRV, this is what I used on my Dad's Highboy:
