There will not be a burning unit. Yes the cool weather is on its way and our Coalgun sales have already surpassed all of last year! We had 75 built for stock back in May and I have 4 left out of that batch. We are currently working 3 shifts, 12 hour days to get another 50 completed by mid October. We are not sure what has sparked the coal "explosion" but we are very happy to see it.

A lot of people were hoping fuel would go down after last winter...now that the leaves are changing and heating oil is 3.50+ they are getting nervous. Are you seeing an "explosion" with the wood units as well?BENAHSMAN wrote:We are not sure what has sparked the coal "explosion" but we are very happy to see it.

Perhaps those who are seeing 'Sticker Shock" at the Gas and Diesel Pumps are finally using their heads before they cannot afford to heat their own homes. Those folks that can't or won't use coal can sure save a tidy sum with your SUPER Efficient Wood Gun Boilers.
I don't want to get Richard chasing me, but for those who don't know who, what or where AlternativeHeatingSystems is, use this link: http://www.alternateheatingsystems.com/

If you could hunt deer with them I would be the happiest man in the world!!
Pea or buckwheat sized anthracite coal is transferred to the coal pot through a gravity
feed hopper. A fan induced draft pulls air through the barrel enhancing combustion of the coal. The hot exhaust gasses then spin through our unique swirl chamber heat exchanger and into the cyclone separator where any fly ash is removed. Simply put it is a high efficency coal stoker hot water boiler.

Very happy biz is going great for you as well and happy to see some people are waking up and doing something to save themselves some money as on their heating bills.
