As for your new employer not believeing what you can do what's the big deal about that, it goes on everyday for anyone you always have to prove your worth, talks cheap.

You know, I have started working for a millwork company and they don't believe anything I tell them about what I can do. I have to prove it all over again just like a noob. Irritating but the way it is. Same in here noob.
