Thermostat control issue

Thermostat is turn down to 50 degrees, circulator on oil burner kicks on for no reason. Replace thermostat thought that was issue but it's not. Why is it calling for heat?

Are you firing the Keystoker now too?

What heats the DHW?

Issue resolved, original owner had tarm thermostat connected wrong, my mistake was following their setup. I had thermostat wire running to keystoker then tied into oil burner. I removed thermostat wire from keystoker, issue gone. Oil boiler is controlling demand which is proper way. I feel like a dumb $%# for not catching it earlier.

Send us your wiring diagram, or schematic and we can help for free. I had to help my 86 year old Mother In Law tonite with her "No heat isuue", once I convinced her the buttons on her thermostat the oil guys said "Do not Touch" had to be touched for her to be warm. I am the "Son in Law" that installed his own $9000.00 dollar Buderus oil fired unit with 4 zones which he hopes it never turns on again, like the last 2 seasons since the Keystoker 90 was installed :!: My bride and I had to convince her over the phone to touch the other buttons  Our parents are becoming our children, have patience, it can be worse, we have alcohol, they do not know where it is  :P
