Watching a YouTube video on the iPad can be done in one of two ways. Directly in the Safari web browser or in the iPad YouTube application. I prefer the latter. If you do that an want the code to post here just click the icon to send an e-mail link. A new e-mail window will open and it includes the full video link address. Edit this link as Richard suggests, then copy it and paste it.
I really love my iPad. It's a expensive tablet but it gives a lot for that money. The retina display is outstanding, nothing else like it on the market. I subscribe to two one-line newspapers in pdf format. It's the only tablet has sufficient resolution so you don't need to zoom to read the full newspaper page width. The battery life is outstanding. Easily goes all day without re-charging. Yes, it's a closed system but it just delivers applications that work well. It does not replace a desktop or notebook. Tablets are just a new nitch product, with lots of portable convenience.
You have to buy the cell phone version for any of the mapping direction applications to work. Interestingly, the GPS hardware uses both the US GPS and the Russian GLONASS satellites.
