Corbett Cuts Education Funding Myth

The red is the Stimulus so it was actually Rendell who cut state funding for education and Corbett who increased to the same level prior to stimulus funding. The current budget increases that spending slightly, it should be noted that education spending under Rendell accelerated at an extraordinary pace.

Your right, I was going by what he had wanted & not what the end result was, in any event he just moved stuff around but somehow had more money with no explanation that I have seen of where it comes from. There are some cuts mentioned but don't seem to add up.
As for the misuse of the Stim Funds I believe almost every state did that & they all knew they were ending, just another kicking the can way of Gov..
