Clicking on links

Clicking on links

PostBy: JJLL On: Tue Dec 04, 2007 5:27 pm

Just a suggestion...

When a link is clicked on, the link should open up in a separate browser. May not seem like a big deal, but its very easy to get distracted on the internet and "loose your starting point" :)

I agree. That's the way if worked in the "old forum". Richard Admin says it the configuration of my browser, but I didn't change it. Something is different on the web server end. Using Mozilla/5.0

Working on it, I can fix it now but it would apply to all links and I only want external links opening in new window.. I need to fiddle with the php to get it to work the way I want so I didn't get to it yet. Generally I don't like that behavior myself except for forums. In the meantime you can right click and select "open in new tab"
