This has been coming for years and yet I think I am one of 6 people (of course that I know of) in the mid-Hudson valley on coal. I just don't get it. Love u PA boys - saving my a$$ that's for sure.

Last week I got a pre-buy offer from our local fuel company for heating oil at $3.90 per gallon...I thought that was bad enough!

Wow ...... for the first time NY takes the lead from MA in screwing it's populace for the sake of "green-ness".

If this isn't a SCREAMING RED NEON SIGN saying we need BIG changes in government, I don't know what is. The EPA is CRUSHING us ....

It ain't about clean air anymore. I firmly believe it's about "fundamental transformation" of America.

That has been the plan the entire time. Obama's "Hope and Change". This country is at the precipice of "life as we know it" and a Euro/Socialist Hybrid that the Left longs for. The implications for the election this November will have an impact not seen since Lincoln was elected.

I fear and pray for our country.

I live by the motto:

...you can't have too much coal or too many coal stoves.

Now having read where we are going I intend to live by this one:

...you can't have too much coal or too many coal stoves

You see I never had any confidence in those Albany dem creeps and I was proven right..... OK, OK, it's not brain surgery.

Those that condescend upon us or find us strange can have their high heating budgets and cold houses.
I sit by my Base Burner worried about a list of things, but; high heating bills are not one of them.

What happens when a tax is placed on coal to drive the prices up? or the mines are closed? or any number of things that could be done in the name of being green.
