Why does the EFM get a tax credit and the Keystoker doesn't?

I believe that tax credit has expired. The appliance needed to be 75% effeicent to quilify for the tax rebate.

The tax credit was for bio fuel burners, becsue of the underfed pot design you can burn corn or wood pellets in an EFM but they recommended you mix it with coal.

I believe it's expired, I'll point it out to stoker man.
