Auger bushing change

Anybody with suggestions on changing the auger bushings in EFM 350 , any ideas greatly appreciated. John

A piece of 1/2" black iron pipe should allow you to drive the bushing out of the pot housing. Put the new one in the same way. As long as you have the stoker on the bench, I could completely go through it and replace the auger (unless it was recently replaced). Check the fit & operation of the fines cleanout plate, the wedges might need to be adjusted.
