is a loush 600 too big for a 3200 sq foot home and the stoker feeds way to much what should the setting be and how do u set it i see there a lever on the side with roll pins and differnt hole theres an air ajustment, any help will be a plus, there is know ashes with this thing just buckets of coal with very little ash

Nice looking boiler! It should idle just fine with the right settings...3200 sq ft seems like a reasonable load.
