I agree on the internet thing. It is part of my deciding factor in who to buy from. If I know I can go on the net 24/7 and get info, it's just an extension of customer service.
I hate having to call here then call someone else, and then if I can't get them call back the last place to get somebody else. Guess I'm spoiled by the speed of business nowadays. ( and myself being younger than most interested in coal, half the age of many on here , maybe they are showing their age )
So Thompson Bro's if fairly close to me, used to go there as a kid with my grandfather, anyother dealers on the north-west side of Pittsburgh? I'm near the PGH airport.

Thanks guys, but I posted this in 2007. I bought a new Leisure Line for less than what I could buy a used Alaska and have been burning coal ever since.
