Who is without power ?

We don't mind not having power so much. But it is getting expensive to run the generator. A few days on it is fine but when it's over a week enough is enough. We don't even run it for 6 hours now because I'm tired of buying gas.

We had our power back on Saturday evening after 6pm. The crews working in my area were from North Carolina I think. I'm on Fire I know what you mean about expensive to run. This generator I have Generac GP6500 will use 7 gallons in 10 hours or less if heavy use. But it kept my basement dry and the lights ,bathroom,well pump and refrigerator running for a few few hours each day. I was also able to help my neighbors in getting them water and running their refrigerators a few hours each day. Hope every one is back on soon.

I am still out,, High Bridge NJ, it doesn't look good for it to be restored any time soon. oh well, it could be worse.

My town has power, yay!

No, not yay. My lake community does not have power. Everyone around me does. No one in the lake does. The power company went around us.

Power company's probably afraid they'll break one of your--private lake/ community laws--maybe the best thing to do would have the powers to be in there form your own little elec company--sad, but just a thought--

we got nuthin. tree crews are all over but havent seen any damn jcp&l. landlords are taxing the generac 55OO to the max. they refuse 2 listen 2 me. i swear i can smell burnt windings. patched the elderly neighbors roof today, private tree co. already brought a massive extension boom crane up here & got things done. so where the hell is the power co? no cable co either. SUX!
