Trying to find the manufacturer

Trying to find the manufacturer

PostBy: BOBBLE On: Wed Oct 31, 2012 2:24 pm

I just joined this forum and am trying to ID a coal fired water heater that I acquired back in 1968. I am now trying to restore it and find that there is no manufacturer's name on any of the castings. However, I see that almost every cast piece has "30 W " on it. I'm guessing that those numbers refer to a model number but I'm not sure.
Any help in IDing this unit will be appreciated.

Rob,
Right now I have the whole unit disassembled and my digital camera is not working.
I have some more cleaning to do and then I will start assembly. Hopefully I will have the camera fixed by then and will take some photos to post.
TKS for the response.
Bob
