I had 19F on the porch thermometer this morning, just a "dusting" of snow on the garage roof.

I apologize folks, I have been trying to refrain from rubbing anything into a snow wound. Its not all sun and roses here, just warmer and different. I did get a kick out of a woman telling me yesterday that it was so cold outside. I was in a t shirt and shorts and just loving it. We did have a frost at daylight.

Hmmm .. I see you found a smoking hitchhiker there Rich! :D

Yeah, waaaay too early for that crap. Was 24° here this morning, and the oil burner was running because my creosote-covered coils couldn't keep the TV room at 70°. Cranked the stove up to fix that problem. Still 69° in the house though - can't mind that.

Yes, 17F in Maine, Chester NY and near the Canadian border although our wind chills are different. I think central NJ was little different this morning and I feel sorry for those guys. FEMA is waiting for low bid on blankets and has promised a June arrival date. They have bought a load of Prevosts for delivery to the homeless. Keeps them warm.
