100% demographics. we are the minority now, Rush has been saying it for years. They got control of the education system in the cities, the top colleges and more, and have taught then that all our problems stem from greedy capitalist corps. run by white men. How could a current pres. and candidate for 4 more years talk about redistribution and use an old Socialist catch phrase(Forward) and win? It is in the demographics. I remember the old men in the coffee shops saying it was the end when women were elected to positions of authority. The school budgets skyrocketed. Social issues were handed money to fix them. Now mind you, there are plenty of conservative women out there that can budget, I am married to one. But you know the type I am talking about and they are all going Obama. AND remember, they are 56% of the voting public. Republicans are war mongers they are taught. They are the ones with the children that go to war. Free health care, free birth control, free education. All mantra's that resonate with a womans mindset and the minority mindset. Take it from the rich. I predict you will see a larger exodus to conservative states and other countries and gun control(another woman issue)will come fast.

Good question for debate. What do you think they can do?? Become more socialist? More moderate? either way the Dems. win. It will come to violence before that happens. Any ideas for the republicans anyone?

California has 55 electoral votes and I am pretty sure where they are going. Wisconsin's 10 should have gone to Romney he needed them. As long as he gets VA and NC he has a chance.

He did not say it was good. That was your favorite media. His words were that it is a necessary evil if you believe in the right to life. I am for abortion with some restrictions. But I vote conservative. He stood by his convictions. Media, Media,Media spin.

FL and OH are trending towards Obama...pretty much ends it right there. Especially given that FL, OR, WA and HI are solid blue states and that's another 78 Electoral Votes.

I'm basically pro-life for the most part myself but he phrased it very, very poorly and lost as a result. Same with Mourdock in IN. Two Senate seats lost due to foot in mouth disease.

Romney and Ryan couldn't even win their own states! In Romney's case, he lost his own district! That is very telling about the quality of the candidates the GOP ran. Regardless of whether you like the outcome, the American people have spoken and rather convincingly. Romney/Ryan erred by not having a specific agenda/plan layed out. Bashing the other guy with no plans to what you would do to change it didn't work.

Quoted for truth. They need to drop the current stance on abortion, birth control, etc and get to the middle of the road.
