This morning half of the country is bitterly disappointed with the outcome. If it had gone the otherway, half of our cities would be ablaze. Silver lining time.

I see no hope for the GOP to take the White House ever again. This country has changed demographically. I am now part of a minority. This is the way I feel whether or not it is true.

Maybe the GOP needs to change the term *Republican*. Too many in this country simply vote democrat knowing they are told not to vote republican. OR better yet, if you do not work & pay taxes you cannot vote.

America has spoken, LOUDLY. on a quiet night, one can hear the collective sighs of relief of the heart, soul, and brains of this country, and allies around the world. more noticeable will be the whimpering sobs and excuses of the defeated losers.

Hardly qualifies as loudly. No hope for change. But a win is a win. No mandate though.

What I see here saddens me, instead of saying we now have to move on & work together for the good of the country (with a few exceptions) most are becoming even more divided & defensive. Hopefully this isn't an example of the republicans as a whole or that too will become a divided party. The making this Pres. a one term Pres. has failed so now is the time for that dirty word to do good for all rather than a select few, hopefully lessons have been learned, hopefully.

Lots of people in this country need to shape up. My feelings on this election and towards the people of this country (it is worth what you paid for it):

All the liberals who still think Obama is the messiah and will "cure" all the country's problems needs to stop smoking all that semi-legal mary-jane . What did he fix in his first 4 years again? Nothing. Oh that's right. You would think that people would stop deep-throating the president long enough to see him for what he really is...another politician. Greasy, slippery, money-and-power hungry turd. I don't agree with most of Obama's policies, especially economic policies, and that is what I tend to vote on. I want to EARN money, and keep what I earn. Like most of us here, I get DRILLED every paycheck for taxes. It drives me crazy that he wants to redistribute wealth to people who don't even EARN a paycheck. Capitalism distributes the wealth just fine. To all the liberals here, when has a poor man ever given you a job? Stop punishing the rich for their hard work, or even the hard work of their parents if they inherited all that money. Give me a flat tax across the board while minimizing loopholes and consistent, drug testing for all welfare recipients and I would be happier. Park your bleeding hearts in the weeds, some people really do need to reap what they sow, instead of reaping what the working people of this country sow.

To all the conservatives: Quit the doom and gloom bullshit (if you are one of the doom-and-gloomers). He has been in office for 4 years already, and you are still alive. There are still some checks-and-balances in government, as the founding fathers saw fit. He can't set a lazer on "make illegal" and target everything you know and love. I hear you on lots of things, believe me. Obama will never take my guns, nor do I think he will honestly get very far trying. I am a big supporter of defense spending. Especially when it comes to outfitting our soldiers with the best gear money can buy. That is money well spent and the profits stay in this country, making their way right back into the economy. Honestly though, the whole "pro-life", anti-sex, anti-birth control thing just has to be dropped. Same thing goes for opposing gay marriage....Who cares what other people do in their own homes? They aren't negatively impacting you in any way. ESPECIALLY if there is ever a hope of seeing a conservative in the white house again.

Ah Sam my old friend,still no clue about the real world I see. 49.5% is not the select few. Put away Sauls commie treatise and read Rogets Thesaurus as a pseudo-intellectual you at least need to have a better command of the English language.

50.5% is composed, to a fairly large extent, of illegal aliens and the out of work useless.This is perhaps numerically a slight advantage but as 33% don't even want work why should my tax dollars support them you fool. Please don't quote disabled vets being thrown to the wall or I will throw up.

CNB, I try my best to be civil but why don't you & all the others take the money that you spend buying a Gov. for the select few & by the select few & buy yourselves a nice little country where the richest of you can be King or just learn to adjust to losing, it happens to us all.
