SC100

SC100

I just bought a home and it came with a SC100 and it needs a new glass and i want to reseal it i was wondering if some one could direct me to some one i could get parts for it
I was also looking for a user manual

Thanks i hope i could get some advice before i scrap it and buy a new one

Most glass shops can cut a new ceramic glass for you cheaper than ordering on line.

Thanks for the Advice for the glass and that manual PDF is not for a stove not sure what it is for

Some pix of your stove & description would be outstanding.Hopper??? blower??? bricks & grates in good shape?? flue size?? etc --If you complete your profile--(location) it'd be easier to help with availability of things you might need--promise, nobody'll steal ya. :D top right search box google staffort sc100 coal stove ;)

I will take some pictures but it has surface rust the glass we accidentally tossed in the dumpster needs new doors seals but the bricks are in good shape

I googled it & it looks like it's a good rugged stove-need to see what your's looks like-did you do the search here on the forum?? top right corner---search box

And yes there is a Blower and flue size is 6 inch

I dont think it has a hopper

Hell, clean er up & put her back together--she'll put out some heat I'd bet---ashame you don't have a hopper--but it is what it is--you should still be able to get a 12 hr burn before tending (shaking & topping off--I'd replace all the gaskets

I was looking for gaskets and i need hardware to the glass it did have it and i know it looks like hell

having a hell of a time trying to find manual for it so i know what to replace but im so looking forward to learning how to use it

ash door gasket--glass door gasket--glass gasket---POSSIBLY blower gasket--does the blower work?? Get creative--you can rig something for the glass brackets--are the holes there??
