I guess what I'm getting at here is that many of us in this country automatically blame the left or the right for something without knowing for certain where the responsibility may lay....hence why the hardcore division of the country!

I think what smitty is saying is that if you know the big guy at the top of the tower is going to rub you on the head and say,"good job" what do you have too loose no matter what your political agenda is.

NM, it's as clear a daylight to me the judge is a lefty moonbat. Nobody with a shred of principle would let these monsters off with just probation. We see this in MA all the time - you know who runs MA, don't you? They like to let child molesters go free.

Unfortunately this happens to be softer/gentler justice system than it was 20 years ago...and it really is sad! When i deal with a case and federal AG turns the case down because it seems MENIAL...I get upset , but at the end of the day, I know I did my best in protecting the public and it is egg on someone else's face if the "subject' re-offends!
