I was just over the Mass. line visiting forum member Pacowy. Mike. He gave me a tour of his new house and showed me his boiler set up. If you are ever in that neck of the woods, you should contact him and see if he will show you the goods. Words can't really describe the whole thing appropriately. His house is the biggest house I've ever been in. With all these huge glass windows. Every room seems like it's as big as a football field. The heart of the house, the boiler room, is as big as some houses I've been in. His boiler setup is a BEAST. Can't print BEAST in big enough letters. He was nice enough to hold the view door open while I got blasted with a heat wave standing back about 10 feet. Truly, truly impressive. He said 26 inch rotating pot. It's huge. Biggest residential setup I've seen. Quiet too. Think he would give Robb a run for his money. Thanks for the tour Mike. Nice!!!!

You're quite welcome, Scott, and thanks very much for bringing over the furnace that I hope will keep the chill out of our old house until we find a buyer. It was nice to see you again (after too many years) and to swap stories and ideas. And thanks for the wiring tutorial and the moving help, too.
Mike

Dang I was just down in Lanesborough last weekend. Just a couple miles over the ridge to Dalton from there Mike. Wish I'd of seen this post. Maybe better I didn't since I'm presently happy with the old Glenwoods.

Nice looking install and an excellent basement! I use part of my barn for a small shop but it's cold out there. Wish I had a basement like that but 226 years ago they didn't make em that way. Maybe I'll stick my Star Herald out there for a shop heater.
