Where's my gun license???

Big problems in this frigged up state with gun licenses. I know of several people - one of them is my wife - that have sent applications for renewal in with NO RESPONSE from the state! After 90 days, you instantly become a felon for carrying personal protection.

This dumb state forces you to abide by these laws, then mismanages, bungles, and just plain *censored* up the entire operation. Nobody knows when they'll be issued a license. UNBELIEVABLE!

This is done on purpose, so they can cry and claim they don't have enough funding, enough people,or enough authority. When it does get straightened out, they will then change it. I am not kidding one bit (i work for the gov. and see this each and everyday). Why would the thought of me buying a website called "www.pathetic government spending.com" go through my head each day? The only other reason is idiots working for the state, which at the gov level is about 50% so the state would be comparable.

Here's an update on this one:

G.O.A.L. (Gun Owners Action League of MA) has got the Speaker of the House to at least look into the matter.

As of right now, my wife still hasn't got hers (60 days so far), and neither has one neighbor. The other neighbor finally got his. 90 days ... when right in the state law it says, " ... in no more than 40 days ..."

My wife tried applying a couple months in advance to avoid the delays that we knew about in advance .... but they wouldn't let her!

And somebody said NYS is tough??? I don't think so--32 days & it was a done deal legally it can take 6 mos & then they have to notify the applicant--I might of had an in having been a Constable in Vt for a couple yrs.

I am still trying to figure out how to get a concealed carry license for NY . I live so close and we do so much business up there and find myself up there a lot. They don't make it easy for out of state because I don't live in any county in NY . They just pass me along to the next guy.

Psst, how can I turn my caterpillar 955H into a medium tank, shouldn't be that hard? Seebees used caterpillar D8s dozers, during Pacific WW11 landings for cover and some offense and blade first they were unstoppable. I need a defense against AR-15 carrying unstable characters.

What a joke MA has become. We had some of the biggest Patriots in history running this state 237 years ago .......... and now look at us. What a damn disgrace!!

it is indeed a disgrace. not just mass although they are high on the scale, but most of the original 13...the states are still beautiful like most of the world.....its the politicians who are a complete disgrace!
