Fire not burning straight accross grate

Keystoker Bay window older model with manual controls, grate removed furnace clean but fire is taking longer to burn in 1 area pushing alittle unburnt coal off. Any suggestions check out picture

After cleaning are you sure grate is install correctly. On Ka-6 it'll cause uneven burn issues

I'd start at square one.... disassemble, clean, check all holes, check under grate for ash build up, check & replace gaskets as needed. Even check stove pipe & draft. Don't forget to check the blower itself. Are the blades clean & tight to the shaft?

All fires are representative of the air pattern being applied.

Correct the air pattern and all will be good. Some good tips already given. :)
