Should defense cuts equally be on the table as we approach t

As soon as all these great white hunters that would be on that hunting charter would realize that in real life bullets fly both ways they would come flying back (if lucky) never to do it again. The Navy's out there should be the one's that take care of the pirates & it should be done at sea. Once pirates keep going out & very few if any ever come back there soon won't be any more pirates waiting around to go.

You underestimate so many.

I have seen it first hand with people that were trained & knew what to expect. I wouldn't want to even guess what someone without any training would do, some may be OK but others I wouldn't count on, it's a whole different sport when the game your hunting can shoot back.
